About the Artist

Sha’Air (sha!) is a multi-hyphenate musician, producer, and performer based in Asheville. As a past musical director, producer, and performer working with musical theater summer camps, she has led young people through the full arc of bringing a show to life, from first read-through to final bow.

Performing under the name sha!, she writes, produces, and records her own music, and brings that same studio-to-stage process into the classroom: helping students discover new tools for emotive expression and creative feedback. Students get to uncover that they can be songwriters, producers, directors, and performers, all in the same week.
