Karinna Flores is an educator and youth development professional who believes that young people flourish when they are seen, valued, and given meaningful opportunities to lead. As the DREAM Program Coordinator for ACSF, she works alongside high school students to cultivate leadership, mentorship, and community engagement. A proud first-generation Mexican-American college graduate from UNC Asheville, Karinna brings both professional expertise and personal passion to her work, centering relationship-building and the understanding that each student's unique experiences inform how they learn, lead, and grow.
